Pure copper containing silver is a kind of high purity copper which is not affected by hydrogen embrittlement. It is used in applications requiring high conductivity and thermal conductivity. A small amount of gold and silver increases the softening temperature of pure copper and its mechanical properties are higher than pure copper at high temperature. It can be connected to all welding and brazing methods and is suitable for manufacturing processes that require very high deformation capacity
